The organization is promoted by the promoter Shrikrishna Kulkarni having 35 years large experience in wood and panel and chemical field.

The organization is rated by CRISIL for good performance.

Dattashri Enterprises is engaged in manufacturing and exporting of world class wood preservative and anti termite chemicals under the well reputed brand Termisolve and Termisolve BPRO .

We also manufacture bamboo treatment chemicals to extend service life of bamboo.

Owing to Shrikrishna Kulkarni' s experience Bamboo Society Of India, Maharashtra Chapter has nominated him as SAecretary and treasurer of BSI MH chapter.

We are also in manufacturing of complete range of wood finishes i.e. from interior wood coating to exterior grade decking oil..

We are well aware that there is construction and infrastructure boom all over the world and construction industry requires quality construction chemicals. Our construction chemicals division produces Mr. Expert range of construction chemicals which comprises cement admixtures, waterproofing  compounds,exterior grade masonry water repellents, summer cool paints, concrete cleaners, concrete sealers, concrete densifiers and many more.

Our surface treatment divison manufactures paint stripper sand water based quick rust removers and rust convertors.

Our products are appreciated by leading architects, builders, institutes,interior designers,government departments. The list is endless.
